The Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago says Michigan has the fastest growing economy in the Midwest. According to a report, the state’s economy grew by 1.9% last year. Top growing sectors include: business services, manufacturing, information, trade, transportation and health services. The reserve bank projects the state’s economy will continue to grow.
