Michigan Bills Introduced to Target Ticket Resale Bots

March 17, 2025 ~ Last week, State Senate Bills 158 and 159 were introduced to target the use of bots by ticket scalpers to bulk-purchase event tickets only to resell them at drastically inflated prices. State Sen. Mary Cavanagh (D-Redford Township) joins Kevin Dietz to share why she and State Sen. John Damoose (R-Harbor Springs) introduced legislation to protect Michigan residents from ticket bots.
