UPDATE: Raidh Stephen has been found safe after he disappeared from his home in Hazel Park.
Hazel Park police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 69-year-old man who’s been missing since Monday night. Raidh Stephen lives with his daughter on East Mahan Avenue. Stephen suffers from dementia and is insulin dependent. His daughter searched for him overnight and reported him missing about 7 a.m. Tuesday. He is described as a Middle Eastern man who speaks with an accent. He is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 175 pounds.
