Sterling Heights police are investigating the discovery of a body of an 18-year-old man behind a drug store. Police say a woman called police when she saw two men put the body in a car. Police say the woman followed the car and called 911. Police say they located the car and the body. The body had no signs of trauma. An autopsy will be performed. Police say they have been in contact with the two men who are believed to be connected with the incident.
