There is a sad ending to a missing person’s story out of Detroit. 23-year-old Cynthia Worthy who had been missing since she had a date with a man she met online has been found dead. Police said Worthy was last seen at her home in the 3200 block of Cortland on Aug. 14. Her sister said she was going to meet with a man she met through the escort website backpage.com. She was not seen or heard from since. Her body was found yesterday behind the People’s Clinic in Detroit. An autopsy will be performed to determine a cause of death.
