Residents in one Southfield neighborhood say they are outraged after someone distributed flyers containing racially offensive material. One shows a police officer wearing a white hood, pointing a gun at a child with a hoodie holding candy. A confederate flag is in the background. The flyers were found on Jeannette Street. Channel 7 reports that the flyers ask residents to vote for three white candidates in the city of Southfield. There is no evidence the candidates are behind the flyers.
