The leader of the state house is expected to come forth Monday with a report on misconduct by state representatives Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat. House speaker Kevin Cotter and the chamber’s business office are scheduled to release a report explaining how it appears the two republican lawmakers misused taxpayer resources by sharing an office while carrying on an extramarital affair.

House Business Office DirectorTim Bowlin had previously stated that he had uncovered evidence of misconduct by both lawmakers. His findings were then reviewed by a private law firm. The information contained in today’s report could be used to remove the first term lawmakers from office.
