Vice President Joe Biden will visit Detroit on Thursday to meet with Mayor Mike Duggan. They plan to discuss what the city is characterizing as “major improvements” for the Detroit Department of Transportation.
Some of Duggan’s focus is to create a first-class bus system in the city, it is yet to be revealed if Biden is coming to unveil any new federal funding or not.
