Man is arrested for threats made against Macomb County judge

Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith says a Washington Township man is facing a 20 year felony for making threats against  law enforcement officials in Sterling Heights. He also made a specific threat against a judge. Smith says 55-year-old Keith Rebar has a child custody case making its way through the court system and feels that officials are against him. Rebar allegedly threatened to place bombs under Judge Katherine Viviano’s car, break police vehicle windows and kill office workers.  He will be arraigned today in a Clinton Township court.
