Plans are expected Monday for Detroit’s Capitol Park in a building owned by Dan Gilbert’s Bedrock Real Estate. Future plans for 119 State Street and Capitol Park will be unveiled by Gilbert and Mayor Duggan. Capitol Park is west of Woodward, has been neglected for many years, but the area has perked up with building renovations and park improvements.
