Fatal shooting outside Detroit Home Depot

Detroit police continue to investigate a fatal shooting outside of a Home Depot store on Meyers near 7 Mile. The Detroit News reports a man died after getting into a fender bender outside of the store Monday morning. Police are looking for a silver GMC or Chevrolet pickup.

Spokeswoman Laura Keziah explained Christ Child also has several other programs that serve the community such as the layette program which offers new mothers’ necessities for bringing a newborn home. In addition, there is a reading program where volunteers head to local schools to read to children and provide them with books to keep.
