Bob Bashara is testifying in a hearing to determine if he should get a new trial, for the murder of his wife Jane in 2012. Her body was found in her SUV, strangled, in an alley on Detroit’s east side. A family handyman, Joe Gentz, was convicted of strangling Jane Bashara. Bob Bashara was convicted of arranging the murder. He claims he did not receive a fair trial. The hearing is going on in Wayne County Circuit Court. Listen as his attorney asks him a key question:
