MSU-U of M rivalry used to raise money for untested rape kits in Detroit

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy is a proud University of Michigan graduate. She’s teamed up with ESPN commentator and MSU alum Jemele Hill to raise money to test the hundreds of untested rape kits that still remain in the Detroit Police storage locker. Worthy and a coalition of organizations representing African American women called Enough SAID (Enough Sexual Assault in Detroit) launched a campaign and have already raised more than $650,000. This friendly challenge pits U of M and MSU fans against each other to raise the most money. Go to AA490Challenge.org for information.
