A tow truck caravan will highlight the funeral events for Freddie Scroggs Wednesday, the 25-year-old tow truck driver who was hit by a vehicle and killed while changing a tire on a freeway. Following the funeral service, Scroggs remains will be accompanied by a procession of tow trucks driven by drivers who want to bring attention to the job they do and the dangers they face helping motorists.
