A 16-year-old Detroit boy was killed Wednesday morning in a hit and run incident involving a stolen SUV. Detroit police say the teen was a passenger in a vehicle when it was hit by a speeding Jeep Liberty on the city’s west side. Police said the driver of the Jeep, which was reported stolen out of Madison Heights, fled the scene after the crash.
