State Representative Kurt Heise, Plymouth Republican tells Paul W. Smith lawmakers have approved a new plan to fix the roads that includes a gas tax hike, a 40% increase in registration fees and a $600-million shift of money from the state’s general fund to roads. The State Senate will now consider the legislation.
