The Pontiac Silverdome is doomed. The Silverdome is scheduled to be demolished this spring according to the commercial real estate company CBRE. The company will discuss the future plans for the site to the city of Pontiac and the Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson. The Silverdome has been completely vacant since the roof collapsed in 2013.
