Hundreds of volunteers are expected to report to Detroit’s streets Friday for the Angels Night Watch Program. Less than ten fires were reported Thursday night in Detroit. The annual anti-arson campaign is underway: anyone 17-years-old and and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. through Saturday. There will be no dispensing gasoline or flammables into portable containers (except in emergency situations).
