According to real estate company CBRE, the Pontiac Silverdome is scheduled for demolition next Spring. The Silverdome has been completely vacant since the roof collapsed in 2013. The company will discuss the future plans for the site with Pontiac officials and Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Paterson.
