A lock down at Harper Woods High School and Poupard Elementary School has been lifted. Police tried to pull over a vehicle on The I-94 freeway earlier today. The vehicle sped off and eventually hit a pole. The driver got out and began running. Police undertook a search of the neighborhood but called it off.
