Ford & UAW leadership agree on tentative contract: “one of the richest in history”

Ford and UAW leaders have approved a  four year, tentative contract. Now it’s off to the rank and  file for ratification. The new deal could offer a $10,000 bonus when it’s approved. It also calls for Ford to invest $9 billion in new products. It’s expected Ford will bring the small pick up, the Ranger, to America for production. Also, it’s expected that the storied, but dusty, Bronco name plate will be reborn. UAW Ford President Jimmy Settles calls it one of the richest deals in Ford-UAW history
