A preliminary examination is scheduled today for a former University of Michigan football player. Logan Tulley-Tillman is facing three felony counts. Tillman is accused of filming a portion of a sexual encounter with a woman without her permission. Prosecutors say it happened in September in a house on Catherine Street in Ann Arbor. The 19-year old woman, a U of M student, admitted she had sex with Tillman, but said she would not have done so if she hadn’t of been drunk. Tillman apparently told police he was too drunk to remember whether he filmed the encounter with the woman or not. The woman said she noticed the next day that two videos of their sexual encounter had been texted from her phone to Tillman’s phone and that she had never consented to being filmed. Tillman was kicked off of the football team six days after the reported incident.
