A preliminary exam and designation hearing is scheduled on Monday for a 16-year -old girl charged along with her sister and two men for attacking a 58-year-old man Oakland Township man. The girl and her 13-year-old sister along with two 20-year-old men, Pontiac’s Michael Latimer and Oakland Township’s Colin Feeney, were charged with attacking the man with a screw driver after the victim caught them breaking into his van. He was stabbed 12 times, but survived. Monday’s hearing for the 16-year-old is being held before a family division judge. Tuesday’s court hearing for the 13-year-old is set for probate court. The preliminary examination is set for December 10th.
