There was a shooting Tuesday afternoon on Detroit’s East Side. Two people were killed and two others were injured. Detroit Police Chief James Craig said there were two individuals in a vehicle and two others on the hood of the car when the gunmen opened fire at Troester and Hayes. Police are looking for two suspects.They are described as young black men, one wearing bright orange gym shoes.
