Leaders of the Detroit Police and Fire Departments will bestow Medals of Honor on Wednesday to dozens of first responders. The medals will be distributed at the annual “Above and Beyond” ceremony. The ceremony will take place at Cobo Hall’s Grand Center Ballroom at 5:30 p.m.
