Jiffy Mix is growing it’s Chelsea, Michigan manufacturing plant faster than its rising corn bread muffins. Michigan based jiffy mix is planning a $35-million expansion as part of it’s effort to diversify it’s business. The company plans to keep making boxes of mix for sale at grocery stores while boosting institutional and food service sales.
