U.S. Supreme Court denies Bobby Ferguson’s request for appeal

Bobby Ferguson

The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear the case of former contractor Bobby Ferguson. This means Ferguson and his lawyers will not get a chance to argue their position before the justices of the nation’s highest court.  The three judge panel at the U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati also refused to hear the case.  Ferguson’s buddy, Kwame Kilpatrick, also had his requests for appeal denied. Kilpatrick is serving a 28-year-sentence and Ferguson is sentenced for 21 years.
