Two Detroit EMS workers are facing charges after they allegedly assaulted a man having a seizure as he was being taken to the hospital. The Wayne County Prosecutor’s office says Byron Bealesand Brian Bachynski were charged with misdemeanor aggravated assault after the children of the victim told police the pair slapped and punched their father. The man had a bruised face and red eye when he arrived at the hospital.
