Two Pinckney High School students arrested in the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl

Two Pinckney High School students have been arrested in the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl. According to Pinckney Police Chief Jeffrey Newton, 17-year-old Jacob Houck and 17-year-old Nicklaus Lefebvre face third degree criminal sexual conduct charges. They say the 15-year-old was raped at a residence in Pinckney. According to police, officers took a complaint, interviewed a witness and school staff member. After investigating, they confirmed the location and the identity of three suspects. Houck and Lefebvre will be back on court on December 30th for a probable cause conference.
