Russia strikes Syrian homes and hospitals

Russia bombs homes and hospitals

A new report from Amnesty International claims Russia’s airstrikes against ISIS targets in Syria are so broad that hospitals and homes have been caught in their path. In Moscow, Correspondent Matthew Chance says Russia has previously denied that civilians have been killed and that its air campaign in Syria targets ISIS. Whether ISIS is the primary target or not, the damning Amnesty International report says hundreds of civilians are being pummeled to death.  Amnesty says Russia is firing off missiles and dropping bombs without really targeting anything, hence they end up hitting homes and hospitals. As Russian President Vladimir Putin chest-thumped, he claimed more is to come with the advanced military force Moscow intends to put in place.
