Fiat Chrysler recalls SUVs

Jeep Compass 2015

Fiat Chrysler is recalling nearly 450,000 SUVs worldwide in two separate recalls. The automaker said the recalls are for safety prevention measures and there haven’t been any injuries or accidents related to the new recalls. About 353,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Durango SUVs with model years 2011-2012 are being recalled because of faulty wiring in the vanity mirror. The second recall is for more than 93,000 2015 Jeep Compass and Patriot SUVs. A clamp may be out of position and could allow power steering fluid to leak, creating a possible fire hazard.
