A rescue dog from Pontiac, Michigan will represent Michigan in the Animal Planet’s 2016 Puppy Bowl XII. According to the Detroit Free Press, the German Shepherd, named Brooklyn, was rescued in Clarkston and “found” by Clarkston’s cable network Canine Companions Rescue Center before getting her TV break in New York City. Brooklyn was one of thousands of entries chosen for Animal Planet’s puppy bowl. Puppy Bowl XII will air on February 7th at 3 p.m.
