A person of interest has been arrested in connection to the death of a Detroit firefighter. 59-year-old David Madrigal was found murdered in his home last month. He was killed by blunt force trauma to the head.
Police say the person of interest was arrested on a carjacking warrant unrelated to the murder. Madrigal was well known for his work in the community while off duty.
