Cass Tech High School was on lockdown Tuesday afternoon amidst reports of a shooting a few blocks from the school. According to police, the shooter escaped. A school spokeswoman confirmed the lockdown as a precautionary measure. Police are investigating the shooting. The lockdown has now been lifted.
