Dearborn police shot a driver this evening on Hubbard Drive near the Fairlane Town Center Mall. Police say a woman was driving away from the mall and hit a police officer’s patrol car. A witness says the driver tried to run over the officer and that’s when police fired shots. The woman was taken to the hospital where she later died. The incident is under investigation.
