A young father and accomplished musician was killed for the rims on his SUV according to a statement revealed in court this week. Both defendants, Darnell Young and Charles Cox are facing first degree murder charges for carjacking Anthony Tolson on Christmas Eve. Tolson was on his way to bring gifts to his three young children and had just left a church service. During Friday’s testimony both defendants were removed after one man was caught on camera mouthing threats to a witness on the stand. The trial is slated to resume at 11 am on Monday.
