One person was killed, apparently trying to flee police, in a crash Wednesday morning. The driver went down the wrong ramp and went the wrong way on I-75 near Holbrook. The fiery crash closed down I -75 near the Davison for hours snarling the morning drive.
25-year-old Tibias Kwame Anderson of Holland died after fleeing Hamtramck police, who had tried to stop him for a traffic violation, Lt. Mike Shaw said.
Anderson struck another vehicle occupied by a male and female in their twenties. They were taken to Detroit Receiving Hospital with serious injuries.
