Detroit Police are searching for an escaped prisoner who got away from a corrections facility after being taken into custody for a probation violation. Police are searching for Rovante Walker in the area of I-94 and Trumbull.
Police say the man is a carjacking suspect. He ran out of the facility after being placed under arrested during a meeting with his probation officer. He was last seen he was in cuffs and shackles.
