Flint water testing shows dramatic improvement in the water. EPA tests of water coming through filters at homes and apartments show “less than 1% of the samples collected are coming back above 150 parts per billion of lead-that’s the level that they watch for. The EPA says it’s too soon to call an end to the Flint water emergency and give the all clear. At other places, like the University of Michigan Flint campus, no problems with water have been reported.
