The Michigan Department of Corrections says an escaped prisoner, a parolee from Detroit, has been arrested. 19-year-old Rowvontae T. Walker of Detroit, who was handcuffed at the time, walked out of the back door of a parole office on Lawton in Detroit Wednesday. He was being questioned in connection with a Detroit carjacking.
