Maxwell Brack has charged with open murder in the death of Kajavia Globe, according the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. The 24-year-old was Globe’s ex-boyfriend. She had been reported missing by her family December 11, her body was discovered by Detroit police December 15 in a trash container on Fielding Street. Images were released December 14 of a suspect wearing a mask on surveillance video using Kajavia Globe’s card at an ATM at 7 Mile and Telegraph.
Brack was arraigned in 34th District Court in Romulus Saturday. He is being held without bond.
