Detroit PAL breaks ground on The Willie Horton Field of Dreams

It was an exciting day Wednesday as The Detroit Police Athletic League broke ground on the $20-million sports facility for youth. The Willie Horton Field of Dreams will open about a year from now on the site of the old Tiger Stadium.
