DETROIT, MI — WDIV-TV, Channel 4 News is reporting that 35-year-old Mitchelle Blair, the Detroit mother accused of sadistically torturing her four kids, two of whom she allegedly killed and hid in a freezer for nearly two years, got into a jailhouse fight. WDIV-TV reports the fight was between Blair and her cellmate.
Blair was initially jailed March 24 when a Wayne County sheriff’s deputy visited her apartment to enforce an eviction and found the bodies of 13-year-old Stoni A. Blair and her brother, 9-year-old Stephen Berry in a freezer.
Blair is facing life in prison and exhibited unruly behavior previously at an April 8 custody hearing for her two surviving children, a 17-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy.
